PSA Flanders Uses Greenlight Guru Clinical and Gets Exceptionally High Response Rates to their Survey

The Prostate Cancer Service Alliance of Flanders (PSA Flanders), a non-profit based in Belgium, wanted to collect quality-of-life data from men receiving androgen deprivation therapy for advanced or metastatic prostate cancer. To replace a traditional paper survey process that was inconvenient for patients and prone to transcription errors, the organization turned to Greenlight Guru Clinical’s electronic data capture and survey capabilities.

Using Greenlight Guru Clinical, PSA Flanders built an easy-to-use electronic survey that patients could complete anonymously by email on their own time. The result was a 92% completion rate: 334 of 363 participants finished the survey, with clean, analysis-ready data delivered directly from patients.
