How a Partnership With Greenlight Guru Helped Rook Quality Systems Grow 5x In Two Years

Rook Quality Systems is a medical device quality and regulatory consulting firm that helps emerging companies set up lean, compliant QMS and design control processes. They faced clients slowed by legacy, paper-based systems, spreadsheet workarounds and slow approval/signature cycles that increased time-to-market and risk. To address this, Rook partnered with Greenlight Guru and adopted its cloud-based eQMS (including Part 11‑compliant eSignature) to streamline collaboration, approvals and traceability.

Working with Greenlight Guru, Rook implemented the vendor’s web-based eQMS and co-marketed the partnership to scale business quickly. The result: Rook grew roughly 15× over six years — from fewer than 10 clients and two employees in 2015 to nearly 150 clients globally and 18 additional full‑time quality engineers (including 11 CQAs) by 2022 — launched an international branch in Taiwan in 2020, and achieved measurable gains in efficiency, training, compliance and reduced administrative time.
