Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the French professional football club, wanted to expand its global fan reach, strengthen fan affinity, and improve sponsor ROI by making better use of its athletes’ social influence. PSG saw that player social accounts were driving far more engagement than the club’s own channels and needed an easy way to get authentic, timely content to players for sharing with fans worldwide. With Greenfly, PSG routed tagged photos and videos into personalized mobile Galleries for players and staff, enabling quick sharing and direct communication with the club’s digital team. The result was millions of incremental impressions, over 11,000 media assets downloaded by players, +85% Instagram social engagement, and +2,202% potential social reach. Greenfly also helped PSG activate fans through 100+ fan clubs and better demonstrate reach and engagement to sponsors.
