Jacobs used Green Badger to help manage sustainability documentation for its fifth-floor office renovation at 120 Saint James in Boston, a LEED-focused project with many moving parts. The team needed a centralized platform to organize sustainability requirements before work was handed off to contractors, ensuring everything was kept in one place.

With Green Badger, Jacobs could apply different LEED product documentation to the same materials list, build a reusable materials model, and share it across credits and with the Construction Manager. The result was a LEED Gold-certified office that achieved a 100-percent parking reduction, incorporated more than three dozen products meeting material ingredient reporting requirements, and supported eight of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
