GH Phipps used Green Badger’s ESG and LEED credit tracking tool to manage sustainability requirements on large projects, including the University of Colorado Boulder’s CASE project. Their challenge was keeping LEED credit information organized and up to date, especially when the project engineer responsible for tracking left to pursue a master’s degree.

With Green Badger, GH Phipps was able to improve efficiency, better organize credit data, and make the tracking process more user-friendly. The team became more proactive and engaged, which improved performance and reduced risk around achieving contractor LEED credits. GH Phipps reported using Green Badger on three large projects.
