Ridgefield Academy, an independent school focused on high academic standards and community engagement, needed a reliable, easy-to-use fundraising platform for its Giving Tuesday campaign after disappointing experiences with other tools. Event organizer Kara Morgan chose Greater Giving for its low-pressure sales process and dependable customer service, seeking a solution that would simplify donations and give organizers real-time oversight.

Using Greater Giving’s Online Payments (and later Online Bidding), the team built a campaign website, rolled out videos, email, social posts, flyers and on-campus promotions, and relied on responsive support throughout. The result: they exceeded their 100-gift goal with 134 gifts and raised over $30,000 in one day, reported results the same day, and received enthusiastic feedback from families.
