Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue (BGCB) provides safe, life-enhancing programs for Eastside youth but faced common gala challenges: getting busy donors to attend and stay engaged, managing silent-auction bidders, and quickly collecting accurate guest contact information for over 300 attendees to streamline post-event follow up.

BGCB used Greater Giving’s Event Software, Online Bidding, the new RSVP feature, and the Giving Board to open bidding early for off-site participants, collect better guest data before the event, and visually drive donations during their Fund‑A‑Need. The results: smoother check-in and post-event processing, seamless CRM integration, and $800,000 raised at the gala—more than $342,000 of which came from the Fund‑A‑Need.
