Case Study: Ministry of Defence strengthens learning and skills development with Great Wave AI

Ministry of Defence launches AI support in 2 weeks with Great Wave AI

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) partnered with Great Wave AI to address the challenge of integrating generative AI technology into its Pan-Defence Skills Framework and to better cohere its vast array of learning and development opportunities for service personnel.

Great Wave AI implemented its AI platform to assist the MOD's Learning and Development team. The solution helps to unify thousands of existing and potential accreditation opportunities, including apprenticeships and civilian qualifications. This supports service personnel in understanding available options and aids the MOD in developing evidence-based strategies to target key skills and build future war-fighting capacity.
