Leveraging Culture is Regeneron’s Solution to Managing Talent Across Generations

Great Place To Work helped Regeneron highlight and operationalize its “Regeneron 5” values through culture-driven recruiting, HR communications, and employee storytelling, while also supporting practices like “30/30s” feedback instead of formal reviews. The results included consistently high employee engagement, low turnover, and recognition on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list in 2015 and 2016, with more than 9 out of 10 employees across age groups saying Regeneron is a great place to work.
