Hill's Pet Nutrition, a subsidiary of Colgate-Palmolive and a leader in high-quality pet food, selected Gray Construction to design and build a new, highly automated wet pet food production facility to support its growing global market reach. Gray provided a full suite of integrated project services for this greenfield facility.

Gray Construction delivered a state-of-the-art solution that included design-build services, process engineering, integrated controls, robotics, and the custom fabrication of over 25 stainless-steel equipment platforms. The new 366,850 s.f. facility significantly boosted production capacity, created over 100 jobs, and earned LEED Gold certification for its sustainability measures. It has also received industry accolades, including an Award of Merit from Engineering News-Record.
