Using PeerPal from Gravyty for School Admissions

The Archer School for Girls, an independent college-preparatory girls’ school in Los Angeles, needed a way to keep prospective families connected with current families when in-person admissions events moved online during and after COVID-19. To solve this challenge, the school turned to Gravyty and its PeerPal platform to create a more natural, authentic virtual admissions experience.

Gravyty’s PeerPal was embedded on Archer’s admissions site and used to let applicant families browse and message parent ambassadors, with support from landing pages, email links, privacy controls, onboarding materials, and automated reminders. In the first year, Archer reported 200 conversations initiated, an 86% application rate, and a 70% enrollment rate, while also gaining useful analytics and ambassador feedback to guide future admissions planning.
