Terra’s Kitchen, a fresh, sustainably-sourced meal delivery service, needed a privacy-friendly way to better understand its current customers to identify new prospects and acquire more loyal buyers. To address this, Terra’s Kitchen worked with Gravy Analytics using Gravy DaaS (Mobile Data Match), Gravy Insights (Behavioral Analysis), and Gravy Audiences (Custom Audience).
Gravy Analytics matched customer records to its mobile device network, performed in-depth behavioral analysis, and built an expanded custom audience based on observed traits like family status and dieting interest. The work increased the reach of Terra’s Kitchen’s digital advertising campaigns and validated marketing strategy and new product development efforts, giving Terra’s Kitchen a larger, targetable universe of look-alike customers.
