A Gravity Sketch Case Study
Aardman Animations faced the challenge of pre-visualizing complex sets for their stop-motion film *Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl*. With no room for error during the one-shot filming process, their traditional method of 2D concept art left too much room for interpretation, requiring every team to understand the same vision for dozens of locations before physical construction began.
The solution implemented by Gravity Sketch was its VR tool, which served as a virtual pre-planning studio. This allowed teams to collaboratively block out sets, find camera angles, and make key decisions in advance. The results from using Gravity Sketch included giving every department a consistent spatial reference from the very beginning, which saved time across production, reduced late-stage revisions, and freed up more creative bandwidth for the final work.
