Milligan University wanted a more personal way to connect with prospective students instead of sending generic notes or automated emails. They partnered with Gratavid, Gravyty’s personalized video platform, to create admissions video ideas that would help welcome campus visitors, congratulate admitted students, and thank students for making deposits.
Using Gratavid, Milligan built a library of personalized and reusable videos from students, admissions staff, coaches, the athletic director, and the university president, then sent tailored messages by email or text based on each student’s situation. The campaign made students feel special and helped Milligan stand out, producing a 77% unique open rate and a 54% unique click-through rate, along with enthusiastic student responses.
