Archbishop Riordan High School in San Francisco wanted a more personal way to connect with prospective families during admissions, since their automated emails felt impersonal and they needed a way to stand out. With Gratavid, Director of Admission Danny Curtin uploaded a CSV list of accepted students as tasks, then recorded and sent individualized congratulatory videos without needing extra help from marketing. The campaign reached around 500 families and delivered a 69.32% unique click-through rate, an 88.21% unique open rate, and nearly 200 replies, showing strong engagement and a major impact on admissions communication.
