The Center of Hope, a healthcare and housing provider in California, needed to design and construct a complex, multi-disciplinary clinic with challenging architectural geometry and tight coordination between multiple design firms. Faced with this challenge, Trilogy Architecture and Riverstone Structural Concepts utilized Graphisoft's Archicad software to create an integrated BIM model for the project.

Using Graphisoft Archicad, the team efficiently solved intricate modeling challenges, enabled seamless cross-platform coordination with mechanical engineers, and maintained a high level of BIM accuracy. This solution resulted in exceptionally low change orders, holding them to just 0.6% for architectural work and 0.6% for other consultants on the $16 million project, demonstrating the significant efficiency and cost control achieved through Graphisoft's tools.
