SARCO Architects Costa Rica delivers 1,290 m² Casa Magayon with Graphisoft Archicad

SARCO Architects Costa Rica, a leading architectural firm, needed a comprehensive BIM solution to manage the entire design and construction workflow for their luxury residential projects, such as the award-winning Casa Magayon. They turned to vendor Graphisoft and its Archicad BIM platform to create a unified model from concept to completion.

The solution involved using Graphisoft Archicad to create a single, "live" BIM model for all 2D documentation, MEP coordination, and structural quantification, with no separate 2D drafting. Graphisoft's BIMx hyper-model tool was essential for client communication and on-site review. Using Graphisoft's tools resulted in significant construction cost savings by preventing errors, improved workflow efficiency, and enabled the firm to win a prestigious International Property Award for the Casa Magayon project.
