NOEM, a Barcelona-based builder of award-winning prefab wood homes, wanted to create a sustainable, passive house through a fully digital process. For its Eco-house 3.0 project, the team needed extreme precision to coordinate design, prefabrication, and on-site assembly with no room for errors, while also keeping the owners involved from 300 kilometers away.

Graphisoft provided Archicad, BIMx, and MEP Modeler to help NOEM build the house in 3D, verify every detail, and share real-time virtual tours with the client. With Graphisoft, NOEM completed the 96 m² home in just 10 weeks, including 4 weeks of design, 5 weeks of factory manufacturing, and 1 week of on-site assembly, while achieving a highly accurate, energy-efficient result ready to move into.
