Case Study: TeCe Architects achieves efficient BIM collaboration and faster project delivery with Graphisoft Archicad

Life under the Park: AKBANK Academy Recreational Center

TeCe Architects, working on the AKBANK Academy Recreational Center in Kocaeli, Turkey, faced a highly compressed schedule, frequent design changes, and complex coordination demands from multiple stakeholders. The project also required a mixed-use program to support employee life on Akbank’s campus, while integrating the building with the landscape. TeCe Architects used Graphisoft’s Archicad 20–21 to manage the design and documentation process.

Graphisoft’s Archicad helped TeCe Architects work in Teamwork on a single coordinated model, reducing clashes and improving collaboration with engineers and consultants. The team also linked Archicad with TeamViewer to provide fast client presentations and updated visuals. As a result, the project was completed successfully in just 2 years, and TeCe Architects said they were able to operate about twice as efficiently.
