JRA Architects faced the challenge of designing a modern, sustainable commercial building at 33 King William Street in a historic London conservation area, while maximizing lettable space and reusing existing foundations. They used Graphisoft's Archicad BIM software to manage the complex, decade-long project from design through construction.

Using Graphisoft's Archicad and its Teamwork collaboration features, JRA designed a 3D model that facilitated coordination with multiple contractors and stakeholders. This solution enabled the creation of a BREEAM Excellent-rated building featuring one of London's largest roof gardens, a 65% increase in lettable space, and significant material reuse, culminating in the project winning Graphisoft's Project of the Year 2018 award.
