Gedeon Richter Plc delivers a 17,400 m² HQ with Graphisoft

Gedeon Richter Plc required a new headquarters in Budapest that would foster innovation and collaboration for over 400 employees. The architectural challenge was to create a complex, sustainable building with unique parametric forms. They partnered with architecture firm ZDA-Zoboki, which utilized vendor Graphisoft's Archicad BIM software as the core platform for design and collaboration.

The solution centered on a collaborative BIM workflow using Graphisoft's Archicad, integrated with Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric design of the facade and complex geometry. Using Graphisoft BIMcloud and BIMx for coordination and sharing, the team streamlined prefabrication and construction. The result was the successful 2024 completion of the 17,400 m² Richter Center, a LEED Gold-certified building that achieved significant energy efficiency and provided an intelligent, inspiring workplace.
