DVM Group delivers the first LEED Platinum building in Central Eastern Europe with Graphisoft

DVM Group, an architecture firm in Hungary, faced the challenge of designing the complex, curved glass façade for the prestigious Szervita Square Building while managing enormous data and iterations to achieve LEED Platinum certification. To handle this, they utilized BIM workflows with Graphisoft's Archicad software for design and change management.

The solution implemented by Graphisoft, centered on Archicad, provided tools for intelligent model segmentation, meticulous change tracking, and automated documentation. This enabled DVM Group to successfully complete the building, which became the first and only LEED Platinum certified building in Central Eastern Europe and won a gold medal at the FIABCI International Real Estate Development Competition in 2022.
