DVM Group - Customer Case Study

DVM Group faced the challenge of designing the Szervita Square Building in Budapest, a highly complex office and residential project with hundreds of curved and polished panels, no repeating elements, and strict LEED Platinum requirements in a historic downtown setting. Using Graphisoft’s Archicad and BIM-based workflow, the team managed the project from concept through handoff while handling large amounts of design and documentation data.

Graphisoft helped DVM Group streamline model coordination, change tracking, automatic documentation, and sustainability checks, including exporting the BIM model as IFC for phase-by-phase review. The result was DVM Group’s most prestigious project to date: the first and only LEED Platinum certified building in Central Eastern Europe, later winning a gold medal at the 2022 FIABCI International Real Estate Development Competition.
