Bond Bryan Architects - Customer Case Study

Bond Bryan Architects, a UK-based practice and long-time Graphisoft Archicad user, faced a complex redevelopment at Bradford College after funding was withdrawn and the project had to be reduced in scale while still meeting the College’s vision for flexible, innovative learning spaces. The team also needed to improve BIM data exchange and deliver a project in a volatile, cost-sensitive environment.

Graphisoft supported Bond Bryan Architects through Archicad-based BIM workflows and an open data approach centered on IFC, helping the team standardize model outputs, resolve interoperability issues, and improve data quality for COBie deliverables. The Bradford College project was completed ahead of time, achieved about £2m in value engineering savings, and helped Bond Bryan Architects deliver 60–70% of COBie requirements while contributing to a UK&I Archicad template and broader industry BIM improvements through Graphisoft.
