Akbank Academy Recreational Center completes 22,050 sqm social center in 2 years with Graphisoft

The Akbank Academy Recreational Center, a project for Akbank in Turkey, faced the challenge of designing a complex social and sports facility under a tight schedule with evolving client requirements. The architectural firm TeCe Architects used Graphisoft's Archicad BIM software to manage the design and coordination for this large, prestigious project.

Using Archicad's Teamwork feature, TeCe Architects enabled real-time collaboration on a single model, which minimized clashes and allowed for quick updates and presentations to the client. Graphisoft's solution helped complete the project successfully within two years. TeCe Architects reports that using Archicad has made their practice twice as efficient compared to industry peers.
