Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, a provider of specialty pediatric care, partnered with the vendor Graphcom to design a new informational patient intake booklet for its new patients. This booklet serves as a key resource of facts and helpful information distributed at the hospital's facilities.

Graphcom designed and produced the patient intake booklet to meet the hospital's needs. In addition to this project, Graphcom also creates a suite of collateral pieces for the hospital's annual Storybook Gala, which includes redesigning the event logo and producing save-the-dates and program books.
