Mobly, Brazil’s largest online furniture and home furnishings store, wanted to convert more of its six million monthly visitors into customers. With a huge catalog and many shoppers unfamiliar with buying furniture online, Mobly needed a better way to improve conversion rates and overcome purchase hesitation. It turned to Granify, a real-time conversion optimization service, to help identify and influence visitors who were likely to abandon their sessions.
Granify integrated with Mobly and used targeted messaging to address shopper objections at the right moment, such as price concerns, uncertainty, or decision paralysis. The results were strong: Granify helped increase total revenue by 6.38%, lift conversion rate by 7%, raise average order value by 2%, and improve revenue per shopper by 9%. When messages were shown, conversion rate increased by 70.89%, showing the impact Granify had on Mobly’s performance.
