How Indeed Transforms Communication Globally with Grammarly

Indeed, a global employment platform with nearly 11,000 employees worldwide, needed a better way to support clear, consistent, and inclusive communication across its diverse workforce. Many employees, especially non-native English speakers, struggled with writing confidence and revision-heavy workflows, while a lengthy 44-page inclusive language style guide was difficult to apply in day-to-day work. Indeed turned to Grammarly to help address these communication challenges.

Grammarly implemented Indeed’s inclusive language guidelines through its Style Guide feature, bringing real-time writing and inclusivity recommendations directly into employees’ workflows. As a result, users saved 43 minutes per person per day, Indeed reported an 86x ROI in reclaimed time, and 72% of communications were improved with Grammarly’s suggestions. The vendor, Grammarly, also helped make internal and external messaging more consistent, efficient, and aligned with Indeed’s DEI standards.
