Kushki, a leading digital payments provider in Latin America, needed a way to centralize observability across its 100% serverless AWS environment and separate technical and business tools. As the company scaled, it became harder to trace transaction issues end to end and determine whether failures were caused by technical problems, business logic, or development changes. To solve this, Kushki turned to Grafana and Grafana Cloud.

With Grafana Cloud, Kushki unified data from MongoDB, Prometheus, AWS X-Ray, CloudWatch, and other sources into a single dashboard, while also using Grafana Alerting for multi-dimensional alerts. The result was better visibility into transaction flow, faster root-cause analysis, and measurable performance gains: Kushki said it reduced API response time by three seconds by correlating logs and X-Ray data in Grafana.
