Torqata, a SaaS startup serving the fragmented tire sales industry, needed a better way to aggregate data from many point-of-sale systems and onboard new retailers quickly. To support that goal, Torqata turned to Grafana Alerting as part of its observability and data health monitoring stack.
Using Grafana Alerting with multi-dimensional rules, custom webhooks, and queries across multiple data sources, Torqata built a scalable scorecard system that automatically evaluates data quality and feed health for each retailer. Grafana helped the team reduce onboarding time by an order of magnitude and enabled them to manage hundreds of thousands of alerts every few minutes in production with no issues.
