Cosmote, Greece’s largest mobile network, needed a better way to monitor its billing operations, revenue, and expenses in real time. Before using Grafana Enterprise, the team relied on manual exports from Oracle into Excel and only saw key financial data at the end of the month, making it difficult to track service health, detect issues, or react quickly to potential fraud and SLA risks.

Using Grafana Enterprise with an Oracle plugin, Cosmote built centralized dashboards for billing, traffic, rejected events, and revenue monitoring, with SMS and email alerts for anomalies. Grafana enabled five business and IT teams to work from shared, real-time data, helped improve forecasting and partner conversations, and even supported new use cases like tracking vaccination SMS campaigns—giving at least 35 users visibility into business performance and operational health.
