How Civo uses Grafana Loki and Grafana for Kubernetes logging at scale

Civo, a Kubernetes service provider, needed a logging solution that could keep up with its increasingly complex, distributed regional infrastructure. Legacy logging tools were no longer sufficient, so the team turned to Grafana Loki, along with Promtail and Grafana dashboards, to support logging at scale.

Grafana helped Civo collect, aggregate, and visualize logs across its Kubernetes environment, enabling faster troubleshooting and more useful operational insights. Civo reported that it could spin up cluster-level logging in minutes and, within about 10 minutes, turn log data into actionable dashboards showing trends such as average errors over time.
