Gameforge AG, a leading free-to-play MMO publisher with more than 20 titles, 450 million registered players, and 2,000+ servers, needed a unified way to visualize the millions of metrics its games generated every minute. The company wanted a centralized monitoring solution that could be shared across internal and external teams, with tailored views and strong permissions for different departments. Grafana, together with Graphite, was selected to solve this challenge.

Grafana delivered a dashboard-based metrics platform with an easy-to-use query builder, function editor, and permission controls integrated with Gameforge’s SSO. In just one week, Gameforge created more than 50 dashboards and enabled teams across System Administration, Development, and Game Teams to monitor the data they needed in real time. As a result, Grafana and Graphite improved collaboration, made metrics accessible company-wide, and strengthened Gameforge’s overall business processes.
