A Graebert Case Study
TAISEI Corporation, one of Japan’s "Big 5" construction groups, needed a way to deliver up-to-date technical drawings to thousands of field workers and replace printed PDFs with a secure, collaborative mobile CAD workflow. The company faced challenges keeping DWG files synchronized with design teams, enabling on-site measurement and annotation, and deploying a Mobile CAD app across more than 4,000 iPads without compromising security or productivity. Graebert’s ARES Touch (Enterprise) was selected to meet these needs.
Graebert implemented ARES for Enterprise with Microsoft Intune MDM, ADFS SSO, restricted OneDrive for Business access, and a monthly active-user licensing model. The solution enabled cloud-synced DWG access, secure single sign-on, centralized app deployment and updates, and flexible licensing; TAISEI reported faster onboarding (average 27 seconds with SSO vs 1 minute 45 seconds without), reduced IT overhead, improved user productivity, and safer, real-time collaboration between field crews and design teams across 4,000+ iPads.
