The Archer School for Girls is an independent college-preparatory girls’ school (grades 6–12) in Los Angeles with about 510 students and a four-person admissions team. When COVID restrictions halted in-person coffees, tours, and open houses, Archer needed a way to recreate natural, authentic connections between applicant families and the school community in a virtual environment.

Archer selected PeerPal, embedded its widget and landing page, and launched with nine parent ambassadors using hands-off outreach plus targeted ambassador campaigns, privacy controls, onboarding tutorials, and automated reminders. In year one the program generated 200 conversations, an 86% application rate and 70% enrollment; PeerPal’s analytics and reports let Archer track ambassador performance and plan expansion of the program for future admissions cycles.
