Delbarton School, a Catholic independent boys’ school in Morristown, NJ (645 students, 85 faculty), faced a changing admissions landscape: prospective families are increasingly marketing‑skeptical and seek authentic, peer‑driven stories rather than polished collateral. Admissions teams needed a way to surface reliable, relevant personal testimony, anticipate family concerns, and engage “stealth” applicants who often explore schools before formally applying.

Delbarton implemented PeerPal, a platform that connects prospective families directly with vetted student, parent, and staff ambassadors, backed by ambassador training and DEI-minded outreach. The tool shifted families into the driver’s seat, expanded authentic community representation, streamlined outreach and tracking, and strengthened yield and onboarding—becoming a practical “force multiplier” for Delbarton’s admissions and community engagement.
