St. John Fisher College - Customer Case Study

St. John Fisher College, an independent liberal arts institution in Rochester, NY, needed a better way to collect and manage graduating student outcomes data. After earlier home-grown efforts proved labor-intensive, inconsistently adopted across departments, and difficult to compare with other institutions, the college sought a more coordinated, scalable approach. GradLeaders implemented The Outcomes Survey®, a turnkey, standards-based platform that reduced manual work for career services and institutional research while improving campus participation. St. John Fisher added survey links across career services, alumni, commencement, and Blackboard channels, helping increase the response rate to 39% in 2014, up from 25% in 2013, and expanding the percentage of graduates surveyed to 73%. The standardized reporting also improved buy-in across campus and gave administrators real-time, presentation-ready data for institutional planning.
