RXR Realty, a major real estate owner and developer, sought to elevate its Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) standards and GRESB score to attract investors. Grace Hill implemented its PolicyPartner solution to consolidate RXR's policies into a cohesive, digital manual and its KingsleySurveys product to proactively assess tenant satisfaction. This solution streamlined the employee onboarding process with automated policy acknowledgments and provided data to develop targeted property improvements. As a result, RXR achieved a higher GRESB score, differentiating itself in the market, and significantly improved operational efficiency by replacing outdated paper-based systems.
