Thai PBS grows digital audiences using social video

Thai PBS, the Thai Public Broadcasting Service, needed to grow its digital audience and keep pace with rising demand for social and mobile video in Thailand. To do that, it partnered with Grabyo and used its cloud-based video production platform to create real-time video clips and live streams for social, mobile, and web platforms.

With Grabyo, Thai PBS was able to publish news clips to social media seconds after airing and distribute content across multiple endpoints. The strategy delivered strong results, including more than 730 million social video views in 2018 to date, up by over 100 million from 2017, with some individual clips reaching up to eight million views.
