Network 10 delivers a unique TV project to Facebook Live

Network 10 partnered with Tourism Australia to create The #LoveAustralia Project, a special Facebook Live broadcast designed to engage Australians during COVID-19. The network needed a way to deliver a live social stream remotely while also replacing traditional TV ad breaks to comply with advertising regulations. They used Grabyo Producer, alongside Never.no’s audience engagement platform, to manage the broadcast in the cloud.

Grabyo enabled Network 10 to swap ad breaks for live audience polls, turning the broadcast into a more interactive and communal experience. The production was handled entirely remotely from a laptop and internet connection, helping keep staff safe while adding value for sponsor Tourism Australia. The case study highlights improved audience engagement and longer watch times, though it does not provide specific numerical results.
