LA Kings team up with Grabyo to engage fans off the ice

LA Kings, the two-time Stanley Cup champion ice hockey franchise, wanted to keep fans engaged during the fully virtual 2020 NHL Draft and beyond. To meet the challenge of creating compelling second-screen and social viewing experiences, they turned to Grabyo and its cloud video platform, including Grabyo Producer.

Grabyo helped the LA Kings produce fully remote live social broadcasts, including draft build-up, reaction shows, and the weekly “All The Kings Men Live” program across Facebook, Twitch, Twitter, and YouTube. The results included over 2.5M impressions and more than 550k views for the draft show, while also enabling higher fan interaction, longer watch times, and new sponsorship opportunities through scalable live production.
