A Grabyo Case Study
The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) needed a faster, more effective way to capture and distribute the biggest moments from the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games across social media. To meet this challenge, IPC worked with Grabyo, using its video workflow and live production tools to help teams, volunteers, and partners create and share highlights in real time.
Grabyo enabled the IPC to publish race, match, and ceremony clips across YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Weibo, while also streaming content live via Grabyo Producer. The results were significant: the IPC reached 251 million people across social channels, generated 17.4 million video views, and earned 650,000 engagements, outperforming its previous Paralympic Games results and delivering more reach than Sochi 2014 and London 2012 combined.
