A Grabyo Case Study
Fox Sports needed a flexible way to deliver a digital-first golf viewing experience that would give fans more choice than the traditional linear TV broadcast. Working with Grabyo and Singular.Live, the FOX Sports digital team used Grabyo Producer and Grabyo Studio to support a web-based OTT broadcast and live clipping workflow for the 2018 US Open Championship.
Grabyo helped Fox Sports create “Featured Tees,” a separate live stream across FOX Sports GO and the FOX Sports App with live graphics, scores, and data-driven overlays, while also enabling fast highlight clipping for social and digital platforms. The solution reduced reliance on traditional broadcast infrastructure, simplified production and distribution, and delivered a more flexible viewing experience for fans on mobile and digital devices.
