They partnered with the vendor GR8 People and utilized its Engage talent CRM platform, part of The Everyone Platform, to build a candidate relationship management program that could effectively share authentic employee stories.
GR8 People's solution enabled Talbots to create and automate a targeted e-newsletter, "Career Conversations," featuring compelling content from its employees. The results were significant, with the program achieving a 13.5% lead-to-hire conversion rate, an average email open rate of 23%, and the growth of their talent CRM database to tens of thousands of opted-in candidates.
