A GPS to Go Case Study
Monarch Beverage Company, an Indianapolis beer and wine wholesaler that moves about 16 million cases a year across roughly 80–90 local routes plus bulk freight, was struggling with “data obesity” — too much disconnected telemetry, poor integration, and staff unable to extract actionable insights. To address this, Monarch engaged GPS to Go and deployed Geotab-based tracking (Geotab GO6 units in 120 delivery and bulk vehicles) to capture passive, high-integrity GPS and vehicle data in a more usable format.
GPS to Go implemented the Geotab system and integrated its data with Monarch’s existing software, focusing on passive GPS to reduce human error and mobile-accessible, digestible reporting. The solution gave Monarch clearer analytics for KPI monitoring and driver management, streamlined route logistics, and significantly lowered fleet maintenance and operational costs—turning overwhelming data into measurable operational improvements.
