23 Restaurant Services, a hospitality-focused restaurant group operating five brands across 16 locations, partnered with GoZone Wifi to implement Smart WiFi as a marketing and data strategy. They needed a branding and data‑collection system that worked with existing Cisco Meraki hardware, integrated with their POS, and could segment audiences and aggregate customer data across locations to support planned expansion.

GoZone Wifi deployed its Smart WiFi marketing platform with cross-location campaigns, social integration and POS aggregation, creating 27,218 customer profiles and generating 68,209 website impressions; the system produced 13,697 loyal return customers and now adds over 5,200 email addresses per month to the database. Within six months the insights from GoZone Wifi drove an operational adjustment that increased revenue, and the teams are using the platform to build loyalty programs and sustain growth.
