A GovPilot Case Study
The Borough of Manasquan, NJ, a seaside community of about 5,757 year‑round residents, needed to make it easier for citizens and prospective residents to interact with local government and access critical information. To address this, the Borough partnered with GovPilot to digitize and streamline public services, including GovPilot’s digital "Report a Concern" form and online workflows for rental and transfer certificates of occupancy.
GovPilot implemented online forms, automated email confirmations and real‑time alerts, and a public-facing GIS map that aggregates zoning, flood, parcel tax and other datasets. The result was faster, more transparent service—residents can submit issues in one keystroke, officials receive immediate notifications, the need to call or visit the municipal building is reduced, and processes affecting real estate and civic life are measurably more efficient thanks to GovPilot’s automation.
