The Village of Croton-on-Hudson sought to modernize its administrative processes by going paperless. Using the GovOS platform, the village digitized forms like permit applications, moving them from a slow, in-person paper process to a fully electronic one. The automated routing and signature feature streamlined approvals. This solution saved the staff several hours per form in processing time and successfully brought four key departments onto the new system, making government more responsive to its citizens.
