Case Study: Luna County achieves paperless, searchable, auditable workflows with GovOS

A GovOS Case Study

Luna County - Customer Case Study

Luna County’s IT team, led by Judy Hatch (GIS Coordinator/IT), faced an outdated website and paper‑heavy processes that left the county with poor visibility into requests and records. With state GIS and 911 mandates adding pressure, Judy needed to convince department leaders to move from email and paper work orders, payroll forms, and HR paperwork to a searchable, trackable digital system.

Judy implemented SeamlessGov (SeamlessDocs) to digitize PTO, comp time, overtime, IT and maintenance work orders, detention center forms, and more. The intuitive forms gave managers real‑time tracking, searchable records, and reporting on submissions and completions, cutting paper and audit headaches, improving transparency and efficiency, and enabling online payments and reservations for broader public services.
