A GovOS Case Study
The City of Leesburg, Florida, led by Business Analyst Lori Beach, needed to eliminate slow, paper-based processes that created delays—forms requiring multiple signatures, internal mail hold-ups, and staff sometimes traveling across town to deliver time-sensitive requests like travel advances.
Leesburg implemented SeamlessGov to convert PDFs into electronic SeamlessDocs, trained staff, and integrated forms into the intranet so submissions route automatically (for example, Travel Request Advances go straight to Accounting). The rollout produced 158 total forms (143 SeamlessDocs + 15 web forms), 2,790 submissions, an average 15 minutes saved per form, and about 697 total hours saved, streamlining processing and securing strong internal buy-in.
